Leadership Program

(HELP) recruits local college students to participate in our leadership program. Carefully selected students will have the opportunity to gain important real-life teaching experience. We are actively seeking passionate enthusiastic inspiring and experienced tutors who are currently enrolled in college or if not currently en-rolled at least have graduated within the last two years.

HELP is designed to accomadate the busy schedule of a college student. We emphasize to our tutors that obtaining their degree should always be their first priority. With this in mind we allow our tutors to decide the hours they want to work and the subjects they would like to teach. 

Our Program Coordinator works very closely with our tutors to make sure they are balancing their work load and continue to maintain their “Honor Roll” status at school. To ensure the students are not taking on more work then they can handle we limit our full-time students to a maximum of 10 hours per week. This philosophy promotes a positive work environment that creates a win-win solution for everyone.
